Tours of Blackfriars Brewery are available throughout the year for groups of 15 - 30 people

They take place usually on Fridays, commencing at 7.30 pm and Saturdays at 12.30 pm. Tours last approximately 2.5 hours.

Groups wishing to to book a tour on other days can be accommodated. Please contact us for details.

Tour price £20.00 PER PERSON (Over 18's only) and Includes:

• A full guided tour including the history of Blackfriars and the brewing process.
• Fish & Chip supper
• Unlimited supply of our award winning ales!
• Opportunity to purchase Blackfriars merchandise and products.

Non beer drinkers and nominated drivers are provided with soft drinks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can we bring more than 30 people?
A: Yes, but we may have to split the group into two for the tour, please contact us to enquire.

Q: How can we pay for the tour?
A: You pay on the day of the tour by debit card or cheque, but we do expect a 20% non refundable deposit when you book.

Q: Do we have any choice with fish and chips?
A: Yes, cod, plaice or haddock (for an additional 50p). You can have sausage or chicken if you prefer.

Q: Are there other drinks available?
A: Yes, wine, cider and lager may be purchased at the bar.
 
Q: Is the brewery difficult to walk around?
A: No, the brewery is all on one level and accessible by wheelchair users.

Q: What should we wear?
A: in winter the brewery can be cold so a coat would be advisable.
